As the General Manager of AlpiNN, you will be responsible for strategic development and the management and coordination of all operational aspects, ensuring an experience that exceeds expectations.
Your mission
- As a host, you will ensure a first-class customer experience and care for our guests in a professional yet warm manner
- Development and implementation of the new gastronomic concept of AlpiNN - Food Space & Restaurant
- Overall responsibility for the smooth operation of the restaurant and ensuring the highest quality together with those responsible for the kitchen and service
- Handling of complaints
- Responsible for leadership, motivation, and development of the team and for promoting a culture of excellence, hospitality, and collaboration
- Responsibility for the training and further education of our employees
- Budget planning, cost control, and ensuring the economic profitability of the restaurant
- Responsibility for compliance with all legal regulations and guidelines in the field of gastronomy and restaurant operations
Your profile
- Experience in the upscale gastronomy industry, ideally in a managerial position
- Experience in team management
- Knowledge in the field of business management and budgeting
- Organizational talent, solution-oriented work approach, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment

Sommelier

The Sommelier’s world is complex and demanding.
At AlpiNN-Food Space & Restaurant, you will be responsible for selling and serving beverages, in particular wines, beers, spirits and non-alcoholic drinks at an altitude of 2,235 metres, in the natural setting of the Alps and the Dolomites.
Amongst other tasks, you will be responsible for managing the wine list, checking the quality and quantity of the goods, controlling the humidity and temperature conditions for optimal conservation of the drinks.
We are looking for:
- Sommelier
Your profile:
- Passing the three courses promoted by AIS (Italian Sommelier Association)
- Relational and communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of Italian, German and English
- Hourly flexibility
