Sommelier

Full-time

(no evening service)

The Sommelier’s world is complex and demanding.

At AlpiNN-Food Space & Restaurant, you will be responsible for selling and serving beverages, in particular wines, beers, spirits and non-alcoholic drinks at an altitude of 2,235 metres, in the natural setting of the Alps and the Dolomites. 

Amongst other tasks, you will be responsible for managing the wine list, checking the quality and quantity of the goods, controlling the humidity and temperature conditions for optimal conservation of the drinks.

We are looking for:

  • Sommelier

Your profile: 

  • Passing the three courses promoted by AIS (Italian Sommelier Association)
  • Relational and communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Italian, German and English
  • Hourly flexibility
