Location & Design
AlpiNN was created in the mountain station of a former cable car, as a redevelopment project.
The large windows allow direct and constant contact with nature.
The interior is designed by South Tyrolean designer Martino Gamper, while the furniture was made by local craftsmen from local materials.
Water
We use BWT's technologies for local water filtration.
Menu & Supplies
We choose local and seasonal raw materials and use them throughout, reducing waste.
Service
We use washable table linen made of organic cotton, table accessories and kitchen equipment made of sustainable materials. We only use the legally required plastic.
Energy
We use green energy. In the kitchen we limit the use of the oven.
Transport
We provide information on how to reach us by public transport and sustainable means.
Waste
We sort waste and monitor its proper disposal.
Reuse
We return the containers in which the products were placed to the suppliers.
We give new life to waste: we use compost as a natural fertilizer.
