The new design by Uno Più creates a warm and welcoming ambiance. Comfortable sofas beckon you to take a break, while panoramic windows frame the majestic Alps – a source of inspiration that is reflected in our cuisine.
Chef Fabio Curreli unleashes his creativity with original tapas, sandwiches, and pinsas perfect for sharing, paired with cocktails or a curated selection of fine wines.
A vibrant program of live music makes the aperitif experience truly one of a kind.
Food Space
Our Food Space is the lively bistro area at the heart of the restaurant, a place to celebrate connection and flavor. Staying true to the philosophy “Cook the Mountain,” it offers innovative, seasonal dishes designed to share.
The à la carte menu follows the natural rhythm of the seasons, highlights regional ingredients, and respects the biodiversity of the mountains.
The View
The View is a unique, intimate window to the breathtaking Alps – the perfect place to be enchanted by the majesty of nature.
Eight tables, positioned in the front row by the panoramic windows, offer a spectacular view of the Dolomites.
Every detail contributes to an unforgettable experience that delights all the senses: from the refined dishes of the tasting menu, featuring Norbert Niederkofler's signature dishes like Graukäse risotto and mountain beef fillet in salt crust, to the creations of Chef Fabio Curreli, paired with wines expertly selected by sommelier Valeria Hinna Danesi. .
