Speck Alto Adige Festival at Kronplatz
On 26 and 27 September, Kronplatz will celebrate one of South Tyrol’s most iconic culinary products: South Tyrolean Speck.
The Speck Festival is a tribute to the tradition, craftsmanship and knowledge behind this regional speciality. Throughout the weekend, visitors will have the opportunity to meet local producers, taste their products and discover more about the history, production and many different expressions of South Tyrolean Speck.
The Speck Festival meets AlpiNN
At AlpiNN, we will also be interpreting the theme of the weekend in our own way.
Alongside our regular menu, guests can discover a selection of special culinary creations featuring South Tyrolean Speck, paired with a range of unexpected drinks created especially for the occasion by our bar team.
A chance to experience the Speck Festival from a different perspective, combining local flavours, South Tyrolean identity and the unique view from Kronplatz.

- Cable cars: Kronplatz 2000 from Reischach and Olang 1+2 from Olang/Gassl, operating from 9:00 am
- Return cable car ticket: 18,00 € per person
- In case of bad weather: the Speck Festival will take place in Bruneck
