As a Sous Chef, you will play a key role in our kitchen team. You will actively support the head chef and, in their absence, take charge of the kitchen. Your mission with us will be:

  • Responsible for weekly and daily control and handling orders to the head chef to ensure a smooth supply to the kitchen.
  • Planning and organizing the kitchen team’s schedules, ensuring a consistent high standard in the quality of prepared dishes.
  • Monitoring and assigning daily tasks to the kitchen brigade to ensure smooth operations in the kitchen.
  • Supporting the reception and control of goods deliveries.
  • Ensuring compliance with HACCP regulations and ensuring the kitchen and kitchen staff maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
  • Regularly checking storage areas and fridges to ensure optimal product storage.
  • Supporting the head chef during stressful situations and independently managing the kitchen in their absence.
  • Monitoring inventory and stock levels to ensure efficient stock management.
